Bobarista Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bobarista to join our team. As a Bobarista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages and snacks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the boba station
- Follow food safety standards and guidelines at all times
- Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Manage inventory levels and replenish supplies as necessary
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with boba tea shop or in a similar role preferred
- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Outstanding customer service abilities with a positive attitude
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Familiarity with retail math concepts
