Duties Prepare and serve a variety of food items including ice cream, burgers, fries, and other menu favorites with precision and care Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for order processing and cash handling Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by regularly cleaning workstations, dining areas, and equipment in accordance with food safety regulations Manage food handling responsibilities including stocking supplies, bussing tables, and ensuring proper food storage practices Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling ingredients, cooking items quickly during busy periods, and ensuring quality standards are met Support team members during peak hours by managing cashier duties, processing transactions accurately, and handling cash with integrity Experience Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurants is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Knowledge of food safety procedures, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques is highly valued Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math applications, and order calculations Experience working in a café, grocery store, or retail setting is beneficial but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key Join us today to bring smiles through great food and outstanding service!
