Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and basic math calculations for transactions Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers warmly and addressing their needs promptly Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas and café environment Assist with food handling, food preparation, and serving snacks or light meals as needed Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality Experience Previous barista experience in a café or food service setting is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and transaction accuracy Experience in the food industry or retail math is a plus for understanding sales processes Embark on a rewarding journey with us where your energy fuels memorable customer experiences!
