The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, prepare a variety of beverages, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your passion for coffee and hospitality while working in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. Duties Greet customers warmly and take their orders efficiently. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with attention to quality. Make desserts such as bubble waffles, ensuring they meet quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation procedures throughout the shift, including proper handling of food and beverages. Keep the work area organized, sanitized, and free of clutter to ensure safety and hygiene. Assist in restocking supplies and ingredients as needed. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and ensuring a positive experience. Follow all restaurant procedures related to food safety and sanitation. Skills Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Knowledge of sanitation procedures and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively. Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and dessert making is advantageous. Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
