As a Barista, you will be an essential part of our cafe's warm and inviting atmosphere, providing exceptional experiences to our valued customers. Greet and engage customers with a friendly demeanor, creating a welcoming environment for all patrons. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, and process transactions using our point-of-sale system. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized cafe, including the coffee preparation and guest dining areas. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, ensuring consistently high-quality drinks. Stay knowledgeable about our menu offerings, able to answer customer inquiries and make recommendations. Work collaboratively with other team members to provide excellent service. Adhere to health and safety guidelines, ensuring the well-being of both customers and fellow employees. Exhibit a positive and professional attitude, promoting a culture of teamwork and respect.
Requirements:
Prior experience as a barista or in the restaurant industry is preferred, but not mandatory. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach to service. Availability to work weekends and holidays. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
