Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages using established recipes and standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with precision and integrity Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas Ensure food safety standards are met by following proper food handling, preparation, and serving procedures Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches, pastries, or other menu items as needed Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly, and addressing inquiries or concerns with professionalism Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality Uphold health regulations related to food safety and sanitation standards at all times Experience Previous barista experience or background working in a café or food service environment preferred Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order totaling Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Experience in serving or retail environments demonstrating excellent communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting Benefits 1) Competitive Pay with Performance-Based Raises 2)Full-Time Stable Employment
