Barista Cashier

Job Overview We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and adaptable team member to join us as a Cashier/Barista. This role is dynamic and hands-on, requiring the ability to switch between multiple responsibilities throughout the shift. From taking orders and making drinks to assisting with prep and keeping things clean, you'll play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service Take orders accurately and process payments at the register Prepare coffee and espresso drinks, including lattes and cappuccinos Assist with light food prep and assembling simple menu items Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and front-of-house areas Restock supplies and keep workstations organized Communicate clearly with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order flow Maintain a clean, welcoming environment for customers Required Skills & Qualifications Ability to multitask and switch between roles quickly Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Strong customer service and communication skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Dependable with good attendance and punctuality Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks Ability to stand for extended periods Nice-to-Have Skills Previous cashier or barista experience Familiarity with espresso machines and drink preparation Experience in a food service or café environment Basic food prep knowledge

Pay:

$21.43 - $25.81 per hour
