A Day in the Life Craft and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks to recipe and to standard — every cup, every time Run the POS with confidence, taking orders and handling payments quickly and accurately Make every guest feel welcome — greet warmly, take orders correctly, and handle questions or concerns with care Keep the counter spotless — tables, counters, and equipment — so we're always meeting food safety standards Jump in on food prep and service when needed, keeping everything up to our quality bar Handle cash and the register responsibly and accurately Stay sharp during the rush — managing your time and priorities without sacrificing quality Work as part of a team that builds each other up and keeps the vibe positive What We're Looking For Previous barista experience required Strong customer service skills and a genuine, friendly approach with guests Understanding of food safety and proper food handling Comfortable working fast-paced without losing quality Experience with POS systems Able to lift, carry, push, or pull items of varying weights Able to stand for extended periods and stay active throughout the shift Why Al Manakeesh?
