As a Qahwah House Junior Barista you will: Deliver legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer-comes-first attitude and making a personal connection with every customer. Execute store operations during scheduled shifts. Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality. Organizes opening and closing duties as assigned. Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep the store operating to standard. Anticipate customer and store needs by constantly evaluating the environment and customers for cues. Provide feedback to store manager to continuously improve our performance and customer experience. Follow operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift. As a Qahwah House Barista, you can expect flexible schedules, full-time / part-time shifts and hourly pay in the $15 to $17range (based on experience).
