Responsibilities Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages including coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty drinks with skill and consistency Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently Handle cash, process payments, and give correct change while maintaining proper cash handling procedures Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food handling stations, equipment, and seating areas, adhering to food safety standards Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly, and addressing any special requests or concerns Manage beverage service from start to finish—serving drinks with enthusiasm and ensuring timely delivery to customers Follow food safety protocols during food preparation and ensure all health regulations are met consistently Skills Proven experience as a Barista or in food service roles within cafés or the food industry Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; strong retail math skills for accurate transactions Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Knowledge of non-alcoholic beverage preparation techniques and food handling procedures Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and inventory management Ability to maintain cleanliness standards and follow food safety guidelines diligently Previous experience in coffee or café environments is highly desirable Join us in creating a lively atmosphere where great coffee meets outstanding service!
