Job Description
Description Elia Café is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Barista and bartender to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while preparing and serving high-quality beverages and bar items. Your passion for coffee and commitment to exceptional customer service will ensure that each guest has a memorable experience at our café. Morning shifts start at 6:30 am. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including workstations, equipment, and dining areas. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of any shortages. Follow food handling and safety guidelines to ensure the highest quality of food service. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and support overall operations.
