Overview Join our vibrant team as a Cafe Server at Arabian Nights Hookah Lounge! This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a lively, culturally rich environment. As a valued member of our hospitality team, you'll bring warmth, energy, and professionalism to every interaction, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and appreciated. This paid position is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality, customer service, and creating memorable experiences for guests from all backgrounds. Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit. Take and serve hookah, food, and beverage orders accurately and promptly. Process orders and payments using Clover POS or a similar system. Recommend menu items, promotions, and specials to enhance the guest experience. Bus tables and maintain clean, organized, and sanitary dining areas. Respond to guest questions and resolve concerns professionally and promptly. Assist with reservations and seating arrangements using OpenTable or a similar platform. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service. Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurants, cafés, fine dining, or hospitality is preferred. Familiarity with Clover POS or other point-of-sale systems is a plus. Strong customer service and communication skills. A warm, professional, and welcoming attitude. Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work efficiently during busy shifts. Ability to perform basic math for payments, billing, and order accuracy. Previous serving or host experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided to the right candidate. Must be comfortable working evenings, weekends, and late-night shifts in a lively café environment. Arabic language skills are a plus.
