Our in-house Coffee Bar serves as a refined and welcoming space where hotel guests and locals alike can begin their day with beauty, energy, and intention. As Barista, you'll craft expertly prepared beverages, showcase seasonal offerings, and deliver thoughtful service that reflects the polished, personal touch of the POSH brand. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve a full menu of espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages Contribute to the creation and execution of seasonal beverage rotations, ensuring innovation, quality, and aesthetic alignment with the POSH brand Provide warm, professional guest interaction, from greeting to final handoff Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked barista station throughout each shift Support inventory management, including restocking and quality control of beverages and supplies Assist in the presentation and service of light pastries, and snacks Qualifications & Competencies Previous barista or café service experience required; boutique hotel or luxury café experience strongly preferred Demonstrated skill in latte art and milk texturing techniques Passion for coffee, tea, and hospitality with an eye for seasonal flavors and trends Polished, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills Detail-oriented, with consistency in both preparation and presentation Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with grace, style, and poise Availability for early morning and daytime shifts, including weekends and holidays Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly wage + tips Comprehensive benefits package: Health, Dental, Vision 401(k) with a generous 7% employer match A design-forward workplace in the heart of downtown Bloomington An opportunity to be part of the opening team of an iconic new destination Join the POSH Experience If you bring artistry to your craft, delight in seasonal inspiration, and create moments of connection with every cup, we invite you to apply.
