Event Lead - Traveling Barista Bedrock Coffee Bloomington, IN Job Details Part-time | Full-time $30 an hour 2 hours ago Qualifications Espresso machines Guest relations Catering experience Barista experience Bar setup Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) Coffee Skills Certification Full Job Description Event Lead Barista Bedrock Coffee Company is hiring experienced baristas to join our event team. We are a mobile coffee catering company serving weddings, corporate events, brand activations, schools, and other events throughout Indianapolis and Central Indiana.

Approximately 7:00 AM-3:00

Important:
Barista Experience Required
•Applicants must already be trained and experienced as a barista.
•You should be comfortable independently operating an espresso machine, pulling shots, steaming milk, and making common espresso drinks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Lead and operate our mobile espresso bar at events Prepare espresso drinks including lattes, cappuccinos, americanos, and more Provide friendly and professional service to event guests Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar throughout service Assist with setup and breakdown of the coffee cart Communicate with event hosts and work alongside other Bedrock team members Represent Bedrock Coffee professionally at weddings, corporate events, and brand activations Take initiative and help keep service running smoothly during high-volume events What We're Looking For Previous professional barista experience Confident working with an espresso machine Comfortable working quickly during busy service Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with guests Reliable and punctual Able to work independently and take initiative Professional and presentable Flexible availability for event-based shifts Reliable transportation to event locations This position is a great fit for someone who already has barista experience and enjoys the variety of working events rather than being in the same coffee shop every day.
