Duties Greet customers with a warm, energetic attitude and take their orders accurately using the Square POS system. Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and other food items following safety and quality standards. Operate cash registers efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and POS functions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food handling, food preparation, and adhering to food safety regulations. Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining accuracy in sales and cash handling. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming environment for all guests.

Experience Previous barista experience or background in coffee preparation is highly desirable. Cashiering skills with familiarity in Square POS system preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Basic math proficiency for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction accuracy. Basic knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures preferred Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced café or retail setting while multitasking effectively. Experience in the food industry or retail environment is a plus but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential.
