The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our customers. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and inviting environment, and ensuring that each guest has an enjoyable experience. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately. Utilize POS systems, including Clover POS, to process orders efficiently. Assist with food preparation and ensure all food handling procedures are followed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including equipment and workstations. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management. Operate retail transactions for game-side products. Experience Previous experience in a café or food service environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling is beneficial. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
