Full-Time Barista/Bartender Location:

The Landing, Downtown Fort Wayne Pay:

Base/hr + tips (guaranteed to not make less than $16/hr minimum)

Schedule:

4 shifts per week (FT) 2-3 shifts (PT) | Shifts typically 6 2PM-10pm but can also swing to 10AM-6PM About Penny Drip Penny Drip is an all day coffee + cocktail bar in the heart of downtown Fort Wayne that serves the same menu all day long from espresso martini's & irish coffee's at 7am down to iced latte's and tea at 9pm. Our Kitchen is a small hoodless kitchen and produces thoughtful food on an impressive scale. At Penny we cross train everyone to be able to do the full job so if you're a bartender we'll teach you how to steam milk, if you're a barista you'll learn how to shake drinks. Everyone participates in prep, cleaning, and sometimes the kitchen making breakfast sandwiches, flatbreads, etc. Everyone shares in the tip pool and we all work together! What You'll Do Make and serve cocktails, coffee, teas, and more Work the counter: greet guests, run the register, and keep the flow smooth. Help with prep; syrups, batches, sauces, etc. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the space Ale to lift up to 40 lbs and move comfortably up and down stairs

What We Offer Guaranteed Pay:

You'll never make less than $18/hr (base + tips). Base pay starts at $9 an hour.

Predictable Schedule:

Four shifts per week is what we consider full time.
