MUST BE RELIABLE AND HARD WORKER

Must have excellent customer service Must be able to follow instructions Must be a good team player Do you have confidence in your ability to positively and consistently serve customers? Kanela, LLC will focus on the best interests of our customers, always. Kanela will be more than just a coffee shop -- we will also serve natural fruit smoothies, meal replacement shakes, fresh breakfast sandwiches and healthy grab and go options. DUTIES Provide friendly and courteous service to customers Regular, reliable attendance is an essential function of the job. Greet customers prior to filling their order Brew varieties of coffee and create specialty drinks including smoothies Suggestive selling and product sampling Maintain cleanliness of work area, equipment, and cases, following company safety and sanitation procedures Read and understand shelf tags and signage Operate a cash terminal Follow all opening and closing procedures within the department Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of store management

TRAINING

Training will be provided at store level for a period of at least 40 hours and paid at minimum wage plus tips.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Bending Stooping Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds Working on feet for 4-8 hour shifts
