SCHEDULE
PART TIME
- Rotating days: 2:30pm-11:00pm; every other Saturday
- 3 Days/8 hour shift = one work day will always be Friday
WORK LOCATION
Arnett Hospital-Starbucks
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and serve high-quality Starbucks beverages in accordance with standardized recipes, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation. Learn and maintain proficiency in Starbucks drink preparation, including espresso beverages, teas, cold drinks, and seasonal offerings. Perform food preparation duties such as warming, assembling, and packaging food items while following food safety and sanitation guidelines. Maintain appropriate stock levels by restocking ingredients, supplies, and retail products throughout shifts. Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by routinely cleaning dining areas, service counters, equipment, and workstations. Remove trash and recyclables promptly, adhering to hospital sanitation and infection control standards. Deliver excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by providing prompt, friendly, and efficient service.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience is preferred. No experience is required. Prior food service experience is preferred. Requires the ability to operate kitchen equipment. Must be able to wear protective equipment/clothing required by the environment or government regulations such as gowns, gloves, goggles, rubber-soled closed-toe footwear, etc. Requires adherence to local health regulations and safety requirements to produce safe food for consumption.
