Position Overview:

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Studio Attendant to help create a welcoming, safe, and high-quality experience for every guest and promoting our services. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys wellness, takes pride in maintaining a clean environment, and provides outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in clients with a friendly, professional attitude Educate and guide guests on use of equipment and services (training provided) Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all studio areas Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently Sell memberships, packages, and retail products to enhance guest experience and studio revenue Provide clear communication via phone etiquette for inquiries or booking assistance Greet and check in clients with a friendly, professional attitude Educate guests on safe use of cold plunge and sauna (training provided) Monitor water quality, temperatures, and overall safety of equipment Launder and fold towels, clean and set up rooms, and restock supplies as needed Assist with scheduling, memberships, and retail purchases Restock merchandise, ensure proper merchandising, and manage inventory levels Ensure a calm, relaxing environment for all guests

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Dependable and punctual Interest in health, wellness, or fitness Must be comfortable working in warm/cold environments
