Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Shopkeeper to oversee daily operations within our retail environment. The Shopkeeper will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store space while providing excellent customer service. This role involves managing inventory, ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the shop, and supporting overall store maintenance to create an optimal shopping experience for all visitors. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about maintaining a well-kept environment that reflects our commitment to quality and professionalism. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop area through regular cleaning, sweeping, dusting, and trash removal. Greet customers and be able to hold pleasant conversations with regulars Serve coffee, beer and wine, and pastry items to customers at counter service Handle the point of sale system and be on register to check people out Make coffee Skills Great customer service skills Kind and works well under pressure Organized and personable
