Job Description
Senior Front-of-House AssociateAbout UsDelphine's Kitchen was created to bring the tastes and vibes of the South of France to the heartof Beverly. Our growing team is motivated to make Delphine's Kitchen a North Shore communitystaple. We are a fast-paced, casual-but-refined cr perie in the heart of Beverly, and are a regularspot for patrons near and far to meet, dine and enjoy our uniquely French American cuisine andatmosphere. We also pride ourselves on our support of the local community including our reduce+ reuse sustainability leadership among local restaurants.
Our menu includes made-to-order sweet & savory cr pes, French pastries, breakfast breads,hearty soups, signature salads & sandwiches, take-home entrees, fruity French sirop drinks, anda full bar featuring craft cocktails, distinctive wines, and curated beer selections.
Your day-to-day responsibilities:
Day Service (Counter Service): Take orders at counter, prepare drinks, expedite food,handle cash and credit transactionsEvening Service (Table Service): Serve tables, take cocktail and wine orders, provide fulltable service experience with our complete bar program
Strong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and work well under pressureAdaptability to switch between counter service and table service stylesAble-bodied (may need to carry 50 pounds, stand for 5+ hours)Comfortable with cash and credit card handlingInterest in learning cocktail preparation, wine service, and bar operationsFlexible schedule including weekends and holidaysPositive attitude and genuine interest in hospitalityCertifications required:
ServSafe and TIPS certifications (or ability to obtain after hire)

The Role:
Versatile Team PlayerAs a Senior Front-of-House Associate, you'll master our unique hybrid service model, providingcounter service during the day and table service in the evenings. Your job role can vary by shift,keeping things interesting and helping you develop a wide range of skills. You'll work as a foodrunner, cashier/server, and cr pe cook, becoming an essential part of our guest experience team.Your day-to-day responsibilities:

Expedite and deliver beverages and food to tables, clear tables, maintaindining and service area cleanlinessCr peCook:
