Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service to enhance their visit. Prepare and serve high-quality drinks and teas. Handle food service duties including plating and serving to ensure freshness and presentation standards. Operate POS systems efficiently for order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols. Manage cash register operations accurately, including cashiering, basic math calculations, and balancing cash drawers at shift end. Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product levels to ensure smooth service flow. Requirements Familiarity with POS systems is highly preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction accuracy. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced setting.
