Your Role Craft:

Handcraft premium coffee and tea beverages with speed, precision, and pride.

Host:

Warmly welcome guests, share expert menu recommendations, and build lasting neighborhood relationships.

Manage:

Run register transactions smoothly and maintain a spotless, efficient, and inviting cafe environment.

Support:

Help establish store workflows, keep inventory stocked, and follow food safety protocols to perfection.

What You Bring Attitude:

Skill:

Strong multitasking abilities with a cool head during high-volume rushes.

Knowledge:

A genuine love for coffee and community. (Prior barista experience is a plus, but we provide full training!)
