In this dynamic role, you'll craft delicious beverages, deliver exceptional customer service, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere that keeps our guests coming back. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will be the heartbeat of our bustling café environment, ensuring smooth operations and satisfied customers every day. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Engage actively with customers, providing friendly service and answering questions about menu items Operate POS systems efficiently for order processing and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas and throughout the café Manage multiple tasks effectively using strong time management skills to ensure timely service during busy hours Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Assist with food handling, basic food preparation, and serving food items in accordance with safety protocols Requirements Proven experience as a Barista or in the food service industry, with a strong focus on customer service excellence Familiarity with POS systems for efficient sales transactions Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math calculations for sales totals, change, and inventory counts Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods Strong communication skills to engage positively with customers and team members Previous experience in coffee preparation, serving, or retail math is highly preferred We do accept zero experience and provide training, however, previous related experience is prefered.
