Job Description
Barista - Job Overview We're looking for a reliable and experienced Barista to join our team. In this role, you'll prepare high-quality coffee and beverages, maintain a clean workspace, and help create a positive experience for every customer. Responsibilities Prepare espresso drinks, drip coffee, tea, and other beverages Must be able to start as early as 6:30AM Provide friendly, efficient customer service Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked coffee station and customer area Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace procedures Re-stock supplies, and merchandise as needed Answer customer questions about menu items and make recommendations Work closely with coworkers during busy service periods Complete opening and/or closing duties as assigned
