Recognized by the International Taste Institute 2021 (iTQi), with honors coming from Michelin Star judges, we're on a mission to establish ourselves as the premier tea brewer in Massachusetts. As the master franchise of CHICHA San Chen, we are seeking to build a dynamic team who will play a pivotal role in its expansion across the state. Responsibilities Develop an understanding of our award winning CHICHA San Chen tea product. Prepare and serve tea using our teapresso machine. Greet customers with our CHICHA San Chen welcoming phrase. Maintain efficient and friendly customer service. Follow dress code policy. Keep the store organized, this includes equipment, utensils, furniture, etc. Complete daily checklist which includes cleaning, setting up, and closing the store routine. Describe each menu item to the customer in a kind and professional manner. Taking drink orders from the customer and handling their payments. Required Qualification Strong verbal and written communication skill Positive work ethic Be able to handle busy work environment Authorized to work in United States Lift up to 50 pounds, unassisted Preferred Customer service experienced Tea enthusiast Team player Positive and approachable manner

$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
