In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing açaí bowls and smoothies, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced setting and interacting with people, this is a great opportunity to grow in the food service industry. Duties Greet customers with a positive and welcoming attitude Take orders accurately and operate the POS (cash register) system Prepare açaí bowls, smoothies, and other menu items according to company standards Handle food safely and follow all health and sanitation guidelines Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, including counters, equipment, and dining area Restock ingredients and supplies as needed Assist with opening and closing duties Work efficiently with team members to ensure quick service Skills Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for handling transactions Team player with a positive attitude Attention to detail and cleanliness Flexibility to work weekends and holidays Requirements Must be authorized to work in the United States Ability to stand for long periods and perform light physical tasks Food handler certification is a plus (if required in Massachusetts) Join our team and be part of a vibrant, health-focused environment serving delicious açaí bowls every day!
