Job Summary Join our vibrant café team as a Full Time or Part Time Barista, where your energy and passion for coffee will create memorable experiences for every guest. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages accurately and efficiently using espresso machines and other equipment Engage with customers warmly, taking orders and providing personalized recommendations to enhance their experience Operate POS systems such as Play Space Brain for order processing, payments, and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and dining spaces Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and hygiene standards are met Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without sacrificing quality Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product levels Skills Proven experience as a barista or in the food service industry, with strong coffee-making skills Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders smoothly during peak hours Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing Knowledge of food safety standards, food preparation, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in serving or retail environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided Join us as a dedicated Barista where your passion for coffee meets your desire to deliver outstanding service!
