Experienced Barista Full Time and Part Time

Job Summary (Barista FT or PT) Keegan Kreations is currently looking for Full Time or Part Time baristas with experience to join our growing team. As a barista, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to serving espresso drinks, coffee, and tea beverages. As part of our counter staff, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to handling orders, customer interactions, and ensuring the counters are fully stocked. Duties and Responsibilities:

Full time shifts are considered to be: five days a week, on a 8-hour schedule ( Monday to Sunday , morning to afternoon shifts, 7AM - 3PM). The schedule is flexible, 20-40hrs . Take guest's drink and food orders with efficiency and accuracy. Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, and tea orders. Brew coffee, decaf and iced drinks. Check that refrigerators are all closed and operating at the correct temperatures. Knowledge of the delicious pastries on the counter. Arrange pastries for display and distribute signs to the correct pastries. Clean and sanitize any equipment, dishes, and counters. Track, maintain, and order inventory as necessary. Front and back counters cleaned and organized. Dining area wiped down as often as possible, sweep or mop when necessary. Condiment counter must stay restocked for guests. Clean and restock condiment station re-stock straws, flatware, napkins.

Qualifications:

Previous barista experience is required . Training is available for further skill improvement. Applicants must be enthusiastic and have strong guest service skills. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation regulations. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced café environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with team members.
