Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently to process orders, payments, and refunds accurately. Engage with customers warmly, providing friendly service that enhances their café experience. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by handling food and beverages properly, following food safety protocols, and managing food preparation tasks. Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for transactions. Keep the café organized by restocking supplies, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food handling procedures. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly while maintaining quality service. Experience Previous barista experience in a fast-paced café or food service environment is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency in transaction processing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests. Knowledge of food handling, food safety practices, and basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations. Experience in serving beverages, managing food preparation tasks, and maintaining cleanliness standards within the food industry.
