Responsibilities Prepare and serve high-quality non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks, following food safety and food handling standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring a positive café experience Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food preparation stations, beverage equipment, and seating areas in accordance with health regulations Manage cash handling procedures with accuracy, including processing cash transactions and giving correct change Create engaging digital content related to café offerings, behind-the-scenes moments, or community events to share on social media platforms Support food industry standards by adhering to food safety protocols and proper food handling practices while preparing beverages and snacks Skills Proven experience as a barista with knowledge of beverage service techniques and drink preparation skills Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for retail transactions Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and excellent communication abilities Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while demonstrating basic math proficiency Experience in food service or café environments with an understanding of food safety standards Creative flair for content creation with skills in photography or videography preferred Effective time management skills to balance beverage preparation with content production tasks efficiently Join us if you're passionate about crafting great drinks while sharing your creative vision!
