Barista / Front of House Team Member

Job Summary We're a fast casual Filipino restaurant in Manchester, MD looking for an energetic, customer-focused Front of House team member who can also craft quality drinks for our guests. We're now hiring for our upcoming grand opening — estimated summer 2025! Duties Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and specialty beverages Greet and assist customers with warmth and efficiency Take orders accurately at the counter and/or POS Maintain a clean and welcoming front-of-house environment Handle cash and card transactions Restock supplies and assist with opening/closing duties Qualifications Prior barista or customer service experience preferred (will train the right person) Friendly, outgoing personality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Availability on weekends and mornings a plus

Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
