A Barista prepares and serves coffee and other beverages at coffee houses or coffee bars. Takes customer orders, serves baked goods and snacks, runs and maintains coffee making equipment and monitors supplies.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and service-oriented Barista to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks with attention to quality and customer preferences. Provide warm, attentive service to every guest, creating a positive and peaceful atmosphere. Operate POS systems accurately and handle transactions with integrity. Maintain cleanliness and uphold food safety and hygiene standards. Assist customers with joy—answering questions, offering recommendations, and going the extra mile. Collaborate with team members in a spirit of unity and respect. Help restock and maintain inventory to ensure seamless service. Stay composed and efficient during busy hours while encouraging and supporting your team. Stay informed on beverage trends across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms to create innovative, relevant, and guest-appealing drinks that keep our menu fresh and exciting.
Qualifications:
Experience in food service or coffee preparation is helpful but not required. Strong math skills and attention to detail in handling cash and transactions. Friendly, humble, and patient demeanor with strong communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage time well in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with food safety and hygiene practices. A heart for service and a desire to be part of a mission-driven team. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
