Job Description

Job Overview This multi-faceted position will rotate across Pool Bar & Grille, Fox & Birdie Café, beverage cart & event bartending. Some shifts may include event service. Reports to the F&B Supervisor. Barista & Café Responsibilities Prepare espresso-based drinks with consistency and quality Steam milk and maintain drink standards Keep the cafe clean, stocked, and organized Prepare smoothies, juices, and café food items Assemble breakfast sandwiches and light food quickly and accurately Complete daily prep of fresh ingredients to ensure the café is fully stocked and ready for service Maintain clean and organized prep stations Outdoor Bartender Responsibilities Prepare craft cocktails, pour beer and wine and deliver fast and friendly service to all members and guests Operate the beverage cart on the golf course•stock, drive, sell, and deliver a great on-course experience Bartend at member events•private parties, tournaments, outdoor dinners, and club functions General Duties Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stock levels across all service areas Follow all club service standards, responsible alcohol service practices, food safety standards, and cash handling procedures Help maintain a smooth and efficient workflow Communicate with the F&B Supervisor and team to ensure smooth daily operations What We're Looking For Required 1-2+ years of café, barista, kitchen, bar or customer service experience Must be 21+ to serve alcohol Reliable, punctual, and available for a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Ability to stand for 8+ hours Ability to lift/carry 40+ lbs Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking) Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset and professionalism under pressure Preferred Latte art proficiency or beverage menu development Food prep or kitchen experience Smoothie / juice bar or breakfast line experience Pastry or baking experience Grinder/espresso machine maintenance experience Golf course experience Event or catering service experience Private club or resort experience Knowledge of cocktails, wine, and beer
ServSafe or Food Handler Certification Compensation & Benefits Pay:
$22•24 per hour (based on experience) Cash tips earned for excellent service Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off Paid training Employee discount
