Job description J&H Family Stores is looking for Closers for our Tim Hortons location in Cadillac, MI Currently this location closes at 7pm daily. Tasks and Responsibilities Prepare customer orders, including baked goods, beverages, sandwiches, and more. Balance orders between front counter and drive-thru, including maintaining speed-of-service times to meet Tim Hortons standards. Provide exceptional customer service to each and every customer. Keep a clean, organized work space, including lobby and back-of-house areas. Follow all safety and cleaning procedures. Must be able to perform the following: Stand for long periods of time Lift up to 50 lbs Be a proficient member of a team Possess strong communication skills Adjust to a fast-paced environment Accommodate to the needs of the business If interested, apply here!
