Full Job Description Now Hiring:

Part-time (Applications with recent barista experience will be prioritized.)

Position Overview:

This is more than a barista job. At Sugar'D, you'll craft beautiful drinks, create unforgettable guest experiences, and help bring our brand to life.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve handcrafted espresso drinks, teas, refreshers, and seasonal specialties with consistency and care. Engage warmly with guests — take orders, offer suggestions, and provide exceptional customer service at the front counter. Assist with private parties and events (setup, serving, cleanup, and customer support). Keep the café clean and organized, including dishes, counters, and seating areas. Support daily bakery restocking and prep as needed. Maintain and clean all coffee equipment (espresso machines, grinders, brewers, etc.). Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Occasionally contribute to content creation (photos, behind-the-scenes reels, etc.). Be a positive, dependable, and proactive part of the Sugar'D team.

What We're Looking For:

Recent barista experience required. Friendly, confident, and professional with strong communication skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Team player who takes initiative and adapts easily. Available weekends + flexible for events or shift coverage. Social media savvy is a plus (but not required). Also eligible for tips.
