What You'll Do Prepare and serve specialty coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and signature beverages Deliver outstanding customer service with a welcoming attitude Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café Handle cash register and customer transactions accurately Work efficiently during busy rushes while staying positive and professional Learn menu items and confidently recommend drinks and desserts to customers Support teammates and help create a strong team environment What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Previous café or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Passion for coffee, culture, and community Why Join Us?
