Required Years of Experience 3 years Job Details Haus of Brunch is looking for an experienced, energetic, and detail-oriented Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of professional barista or café experience, a strong passion for coffee and craft beverages, and a deep understanding of quality service and beverage preparation. As a Barista, you'll be responsible for crafting exceptional drinks—including coffee, specialty teas, mocktails, and fresh juices—while delivering warm, memorable guest experiences. Your role will also include menu innovation, maintaining a clean and efficient station, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring consistency across all beverage offerings. • Prepare and serve espresso drinks, teas, mocktails, and juices to recipe and presentation standards
  
• Customize drinks based on guest preferences and dietary needs
  
• Maintain consistency, portioning, and quality across all beverages
  
• Stay current on industry trends and brewing techniques Customer Service & Guest Engagement
  
• Greet guests warmly and take accurate orders
  
• Offer beverage recommendations and upsell when appropriate
  
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests
  
• Foster repeat business through personal engagement Menu Innovation & Training
  
• Collaborate on new seasonal beverages and product rollouts
  
• Participate in tastings, promotional events, and feedback sessions
  
• Support and mentor junior baristas and new team members Operational Efficiency & Teamwork
  
• Collaborate with FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth service flow
  
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and blenders
  
• Handle payments and follow all POS and cash handling procedures Inventory & Equipment Management
  
• Monitor and restock ingredients and supplies
  
• Keep the barista station clean and organized
  
• Report maintenance needs or low inventory to management Cleanliness & Safety Compliance
  
• Adhere to all sanitation, safety, and hygiene standards
  
• Ensure all tools and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained Qualifications & Requirements 3+ years of proven experience as a Barista or in a high-volume café/hospitality role
  
• Strong expertise in espresso, milk steaming, coffee brewing, and drink customization
  
• SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) certification preferred
  
• Passion for beverage craft, guest service, and café culture
  
• Strong communication skills and a guest-first mindset
  
• Ability to lead by example and support newer staff
  
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
  Must meet all other job-related requirements as determined by management or required by company policy

Compensation Details Compensation:
