$13 + Tips-- On busy shift that's where wages can be up to 25 and hour. Job Summary Are you energetic, customer-focused, and love a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a reliable Counter Attendant / Pin Chaser to join our team! In this role, you will be the heart of our center—handling front desk reservations, keeping the lanes running smoothly, serving food and drinks (including bartending), and ensuring our guests have a clean, fun, and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities Customer Service & POS Operations:
Greet guests warmly at the counter, assign lanes, and manage reservation queues. Process point-of-sale (POS) transactions efficiently (cash, credit, and gift cards). Provide exceptional hospitality, answer guest questions, and handle requests promptly. Lane & Machine Support (Pin Chasing): Respond quickly to lane calls and resolve machine stops (e.g., removing stuck balls, resetting pins/lanes). Perform light troubleshooting on bowling machinery to keep guest play uninterrupted and safe.
Food, Beverage & Bartending:
Prepare and serve food and beverage orders directly to guests at the counter or tables. Tend bar, mix drinks, and enforce responsible alcohol service policies. Maintain clean and organized food, bar, and service station areas.
Maintenance & Facility Upkeep:
Keep the facility clean and presentable at all times, including bussing tables, cleaning lanes, and wiping down ball returns. Perform routine restroom checks and restock supplies throughout your shift.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
Prior experience in hospitality, food service, bartending, or customer service preferred, but we are willing to train the right person!
Age Requirement:
Must meet the minimum state legal age requirement to serve/mix alcohol 18+.
Physical Demands:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30-50 lbs regularly during a shift.
Skills:
Strong customer service and communication skills. Comfort using cash registers or digital POS systems. Ability to stay calm and organized in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn basic mechanical/lane troubleshooting procedures safely. Schedule Requirements Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (peak times for guest activity).
Pay:
$13.00 - $25.00 per hour
