Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and friendly Bubble Tea & Bubble Waffle Barista to join our vibrant café team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for every guest through exceptional customer service and expertly crafted beverages. Your enthusiasm for tea, coffee, desserts, food, and hospitality will help foster a welcoming atmosphere where customers feel valued and eager to return. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of bubble teas & coffee beverages, and other specialty drinks with precision and flair. Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and providing personalized recommendations. Operate POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including food preparation stations and seating areas. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashing out customers and balancing registers at shift end. Follow food safety protocols including hygiene protocols diligently, ensuring proper food handling, storage, and sanitation standards. Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling waffles & drinks to meet quality standards. Skills Proven experience or willing to learn to be a Barista in the food service industry with strong tea, coffee and waffle making skills. Familiarity with or willing to learn the POS system for efficient sales processing. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Strong time management abilities to handle busy periods smoothly. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations. Knowledge of or willing to learn food safety practices, hygiene safety practices, and proper food handling procedures. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced café environment while maintaining attention to detail.
