Job Overview We are hiring Baristas. The ideal candidates will have a background in customer service and food service, experience in a coffee house or café is helpful, but not required. As a Barista, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service while efficiently managing drink preparation and handling tasks. Your ability to work well under pressure (at times) will help maintain a smooth operation. These positions are Tip eligible. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs promptly. Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately. Prepare food and beverages in accordance with food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee house, ensuring compliance with food handling regulations. Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience. Requirements Previous experience in the food industry or café setting is preferred, including barista experience. Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive interactions. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety practices. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
