Job Description

Overview The Coffee Shop Barista prepares and serves high-quality beverages and food while providing exceptional customer service. This role is essential to creating a welcoming and efficient environment for customers and supporting the overall operations of the coffee shop. The Barista will also be cross-trained to support convenience store operations, assisting with retail functions as needed. Bosselman offers on-demand pay (access to earned but not yet paid wages) through: Responsibilities Prepares coffee, espresso, and other beverages according to company recipes and quality standards. Prepares and serves food items, including pastries, sandwiches, and snacks. Provides friendly, efficient, and attentive customer service at the counter, drive-thru, or café area. Operates POS system, handles cash, and processes transactions accurately. Maintains cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and equipment. Monitors inventory of ingredients and supplies and reports shortages or equipment issues to supervisor. Ensures beverages and food items meet company quality and presentation standards. Practices all company safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe environment for team members and customers. Assists with opening, closing, and shift transition procedures as directed. Supports convenience store operations as needed, including: Operating POS for store transactions. Assisting customers with purchases and inquiries. Stocking shelves and maintaining product displays. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the store. Reports for work in a timely manner when scheduled.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Qualifications Education and/or Experience (include certs or licenses needed): High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Minimum Qualifications:
Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal abilities. Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic math and computer skills for POS operations. Professional, positive attitude and ability to maintain composure under pressure. Willing and able to work early mornings, weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts. Must have a phone and reliable transportation. Must be able to communicate in English - IF
