[Full-Time / Part-Time] Job Summary As a member of our Market, Barista, and To-Go team, you'll play a versatile and vital role in delivering high-quality service to our customers. You'll assist with preparing and packaging to-go orders, crafting coffee and espresso drinks, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the market area, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where attention to detail, a positive attitude, and reliability are key. Key ResponsibilitiesMarket & To-Go Greet guests with a warm, professional, and friendly demeanor Package food and drink orders accurately and efficiently Handle take out orders, walk-ins, and delivery pickup orders Restock retail items, snacks, drinks, and market supplies Maintain cleanliness and organization of market and to-go areas Communicate with kitchen or barista staff to ensure timely order readiness Monitor inventory levels and report low stock Barista Duties Prepare and serve coffee and espresso drinks to standard Follow recipes and presentation guidelines Clean and maintain espresso machines and coffee equipment Restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, and barista tools Keep the coffee area clean and organized at all times Provide suggestions and product knowledge to customers as needed Qualifications Previous experience in food service, barista work, or retail is preferred but not required Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs Familiarity with POS systems is a plus Available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed What We're Looking For Friendly and customer-focused attitude Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented Quick learner with strong multitasking abilities Takes pride in cleanliness and presentation Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay + tips Employee discounts on food and beverages
