Full Job Description Handcrafting Matcha & Teas:
Whisking matcha powder, mixing prepped tea bases with milk or fruit syrups, and assembling specialty boba drinks.
Dessert & Soft-Serve Assembly:
Dispensing matcha and hojicha soft-serve, decorating towel cakes, crepe cakes, and adding toppings like mochi skewers or red bean.
Customer & Front-of-House Service:
Taking orders at the register, processing delivery app orders, and keeping the counter and dining area clean. Work Environment & Expectations Focus on

Visual presentation is key, as the desserts and layered drinks rely on strong visual appeal.
Fast Pace:
Weekend rushes require fast multi-tasking and efficient drink assembly.

THE PAY WILL BE 11.75 FOR YOUR TRAINING DAYS!
ONCE
YOU ARE ABLE TO WORK ALONE AND BE ABLE TO TWIST PERFECT SOFT SERVES YOU WILL GET A RAISE IN YOUR PAY USUALLY TO 13 TO 15 PER HOUR OR MORE!
