Job Description
Do you love coffee, sweets, great food and customer service? If so, you've found the right place! Mon Petit Cheri Bakery is looking for Baristas/FOH Employees for our Bakery & Restaurant in Downtown Stillwater. MPC prides itself with an entirely made from scratch menu and exceptional customer service. We enjoy working hard and creating a memorable experience for our guests all the while having a great time doing it .
Barista Duties Include:
- Preparing espresso beverages
- Serving beer & wine
- Maintaining the FOH area (cleaning, organizing, replenishing the bakery cases)
- Setting up the bakery cases in the morning, replenishing throughout the day, breaking down at night)
- Taking food orders, packaging baked goods to go, delivering food to tables
- Delivering consistent beverages and exceptional customer service to every guest
- Operating the POS Ideally candidates have/are:
- Experience in customer service/Hospitality industry
- Experience with espresso machines is preferred (but willing to train the right candidate if necessary)
- Great work ethic
- Excellent people skills
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude in high-stress situations
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Flexible availability
- Punctual We are looking for part-time and full-time candidates, pay is based on experience.
