Responsibilities Efficiently prepare an array of drinks that meet our high standards Provide exemplary customer service in all aspects of the operation Cleaning duties including bathrooms, floors, drains, and dishes Maintain open communication with supervisors and coworkers Exhibit POS system proficiency and basic cash handling skills A note on the listed pay range : our starting barista base rate is $11.50/hour. Tips range from $12-15 an hour.
