Full-Time:

$15 - $20/ hour

Part-Time:

$15 / hour Stable shifts and professional training provided. Paid Training Requirements Priority given to (Food Safety Manager License) holders. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Punctual, responsible, and a great team player.

Core Duties Operations & QSC Management :

Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure strict adherence to company standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC).

Sales & Profitability :

Actively participate in sales activities to increase revenue and implement cost-control measures to improve store profitability.

Staff Training :

Mentor and train new employees, ensuring they follow standard operating procedures.

Administrative Tasks :

Manage store paperwork, including inventory ordering, weekly cleaning schedules, and employee scheduling.

Regulatory Compliance :

Assist the store in passing health inspections and ensuring all food safety protocols are met. Point of Sale (POS) : Efficiently operate POS systems (such as Clover) for order processing and accurate cash handling.
