Job Description
The Role As our Barista, you'll be the first friendly face guests see and the hands behind every perfect latte, cold brew, and espresso drink we serve. If you take pride in your craft and love making someone's day with a great cup of coffee, we want to meet you. What You'll Do Prepare and serve espresso drinks, coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to recipe and quality standards Greet guests warmly and take orders accurately, whether in person or at the counter Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment safely and efficiently Keep the bar, equipment, and workspace clean and organized throughout the shift Restock cups, syrups, milk, and other supplies as needed Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Work as part of a team during busy rushes to keep lines moving What We're Looking For Prior cashier or customer service experience preferred, but not required Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills Comfortable handling cash and basic math Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask during busy periods Must be able to stand for extended periods Able to lift up to 25lbs
