A Barista prepares and serves coffee and other beverages at coffee houses or coffee bars. Takes customer orders, serves baked goods and snacks, runs and maintains coffee making equipment and monitors supplies.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Provides exceptional, friendly customer service. Maintains a clean, professional work environment. Performs barista and bartending duties such as crafting and preparing a variety of customer. beverage orders, such as espresso drinks and cocktails. Prepares and serves food to the quality standards of the shop and health department. Operates espresso machine, POS, and other equipment professionally. Assists customers in the selection and purchasing of retail and menu offerings. Represents the vision for Finley Farms and The Workshop. Cultivates a sense of community by fostering customer relationships Assists with special events, such as birthday parties, wedding receptions, meetings, etc.
ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED. EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma/GED preferred. At least one year of experience working as a barista, bartender, and/or food preparation.
